IBR is a trapezoidal pierced-fix profile with a 686 mm cover and 36.5 mm ribs; Corrugated is the classic sinusoidal profile in 610 mm and 762 mm covers with a 17.5 mm crest. IBR spans further between purlins; Corrugated suits traditional roofscapes and walling. Compare them on the IBR and Corrugated pages.

Concealed-fix systems clip the sheet to the purlins with no fasteners through the sheet, so the roof can expand and contract freely. Surelok 695 pitches as low as 2°, which makes it the choice for low-slope commercial and industrial roofs where pierced-fix profiles cannot go.

The steel profiles share one material menu: aluminium-zinc coated steel (AZ100 / AZ150 / AZ200) from 0.47 mm to 0.80 mm, aluminium at 0.80 mm, and zinc-coated steel at 0.50 mm. The full table is on the Technology page.

Surelok 695 pitches to 2°. IBR and Widespan need 5° for slopes under 15 m and 7.5° beyond that. Each system page lists its own minimums, and our engineers confirm pitch at quote stage.

By ISO 9223 corrosivity zone. Coastal South Africa defaults to C4 and C5, which means Class 4 Surefix fasteners as the minimum, with 316-grade stainless considered for the most severe exposure. The selection matrix is in the corrosivity guide.

Yes. Profiles are roll-formed in continuous lengths and cut to order. For Surelok 695 spans beyond 13.2 m, on-site rolling with a mobile mill is advisable, so long roofs arrive without end laps.
